A big thank you to everyone who attended the Northern Rivers Executive Network’s Leading with Kindness: Ethical Decision Making in Business event on Wednesday 10 September. It was wonderful to see so many business leaders from across the Northern Rivers come together for what was an incredibly rewarding experience. The openness, honesty, and depth of conversation in the room were truly inspiring and led to some powerful discussions around what ethical decision-making looks like in practice.

Sip, Sample & Connect - 30 July 2025
Our Northern Rivers Executive Network event, Sip, Sample & Connect at Summerland Farm,
was an evening full of flavour, connection, and celebration of our incredible local producers. 🌱 From bold Middle Eastern dips to wild-fermented wines and boutique smoked fish, guests had the opportunity to taste, mingle, and discover the remarkable talents shaping our region’s food and beverage scene.
A huge thank you to all the producers, guests, and supporters who made the evening such a success

What an incredible evening at our Northern Rivers Executive Network dinner at Loft Byron Bay!
Fifteen local leaders came together over a beautifully curated dinner to share ideas, challenges and ambitions for the region.
This intentionally intimate gathering was designed to create space for honest, purposeful conversation and it reminded me why we started this network: to connect senior leaders who are committed to learning from each other and building something bigger for the Northern Rivers.

In June, we gathered at Ballina RSL for an inspiring conversation about what it means to build and grow a successful business in the Northern Rivers.
