Thank you to everyone who joined us at Lennox Heads Hotel on Thursday 23 April  for our Northern Rivers Executive Network 'Learnings in Leadership' event.

A special thank you to Dean Carroll and Jane Thomson OAM for sharing their leadership stories so openly. Hearing how different leaders navigate challenges, make decisions and continue to grow sparked a really engaging conversation. We are very grateful for the time and perspective they brought to the discussion.

Our first Northern Rivers Executive Networking Event of the year was held at Byron Bay Golf Club on Thursday 12 February 2026, bringing together local leaders for a considered and engaging morning of connection and learning.

We were pleased to welcome Angela Davies, Founder of Mind Your Grit, as our guest speaker. Angela led an insightful session focused on building sustainable performance, supporting wellbeing, and strengthening leadership capability. The discussion encouraged participants to reflect on how they lead, manage energy and support themselves and others in increasingly complex environments.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the open conversations, shared insights, and meaningful connections throughout the morning. Events like these continue to highlight the value of coming together as a regional leadership community.

As 2025 winds down, we’ve been reflecting on what made this year so special: the conversations, collaborations, and connections that have strengthened our Northern Rivers community. It was wonderful to connect with you all and celebrate the year as it comes to a close.

What an incredible afternoon at the beautiful Tweed River House for our 6th Northern Rivers Executive Network event of the year!

The venue was simply stunning, the service impeccable, and the food divine, a huge thank you to Gregory and Phillip for hosting us so beautifully.

We're so proud of what we’ve built with Northern Rivers Executive Network. Seeing 24 of our region’s executives and business owners come together, sharing ideas, sparking conversations, and building genuine connections, reminds us exactly why we started this group. It’s about community, collaboration, and celebrating the incredible business talent we have right here in the Northern Rivers!

A big thank you to everyone who attended the Northern Rivers Executive Network’s Leading with Kindness: Ethical Decision Making in Business event on Wednesday 10 September. It was wonderful to see so many business leaders from across the Northern Rivers come together for what was an incredibly rewarding experience. The openness, honesty, and depth of conversation in the room were truly inspiring and led to some powerful discussions around what ethical decision-making looks like in practice.  

A special thank you to Dr David Cooke for facilitating the session and guiding us through  important conversations. 

Our Northern Rivers Executive Network event, Sip, Sample & Connect at Summerland Farm, 

was an evening full of flavour, connection, and celebration of our incredible local producers. 🌱 From bold Middle Eastern dips to wild-fermented wines and boutique smoked fish, guests had the opportunity to taste, mingle, and discover the remarkable talents shaping our region’s food and beverage scene. 

A huge thank you to all the producers, guests, and supporters who made the evening such a success 

- and to Summerland Farm for hosting us at such a beautiful and meaningful venue.
